L’edificio, costruito nel 1926, è dotato di una sala teatrale polivalente da 200 posti dedicata a spettacoli, proiezioni cinematografiche e conferenze. Il teatro ospita al suo interno, al piano terra e al primo piano, un bar caffetteria. Accanto al teatro è presente un’ampia area verde, il Parco Enea Viani.

The building, constructed in 1926, has a multipurpose theater hall with 200 seats dedicated to shows, film screenings, and conferences. The theater has a café bar on the ground floor and first floor. Next to the theater is a large green area, the Enea Viani Park.
