La Torre è oggi sede dell’Acetaia Comunale. La Torre Ferraresi da oltre tre secoli si staglia con eleganza sopra le rive del fiume Panaro e identifica in maniera inequivocabile il territorio camposantese.
Dopo un importante lavoro di restauro dovuto ai gravi danni strutturali subiti a causa del sisma del 2012, nel luglio del 2020 la Torre Ferraresi ha riaperto nella sua nuova veste di sede dell’Acetaia Comunale che ospita due batterie di aceto balsamico, grazie alla collaborazione con la Consorteria dell'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Spilamberto.
La Torre è visitabile gratuitamente durante i periodi di apertura che avvengono generalmente in occasione della tradizionale Fiera di Luglio, della Sagra o di altri eventi del paese. E’ possibile anche richiedere una visita, verificando giorni e disponibilità di accompagnatori contattando l’ufficio tecnico del Comune di Camposanto tel. 0535 80912 oppure 333 3213495.

For over three centuries, the Ferraresi Tower has stood elegantly above the banks of the Panaro River and is an unmistakable symbol of the Camposanto area. After major restoration work due to serious structural damage caused by the 2012 earthquake, in July 2020 the Ferraresi Tower reopened in its new guise as the headquarters of the Municipal Vinegar Cellar, which houses two batteries of balsamic vinegar, thanks to the collaboration with the Consorteria dell'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Spilamberto (Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Spilamberto). The Tower can be visited free of charge during opening periods, which generally coincide with the traditional July Fair, the Festival, or other events in the town. It is also possible to request a visit, checking days and availability of guides by contacting the technical office of the Municipality of Camposanto on tel. 0535 80912 or 333 3213495.
